Contacting Us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Data Storage for Contract Processing
Please note that for the purpose of a simplified purchasing process and subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection holder is stored, as well as the name, address, email address, and, where applicable, payment data of the purchaser.
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you (e.g. provision of software licenses).
Your data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the data required to be transmitted to our bank and payment service provider (PayPal) to process payments, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship (invoice data) is stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years in Austria).

- Rectification (correction of inaccurate data)
- Erasure (unless statutory retention periods prevent this)
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawal and objection
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you may lodge a complaint with us () or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
